RETURN POLICY (SPAIN AND REST OF THE EU)

For hygienic reasons, lingerie cannot be returned. Once after your wedding date, the other products cannot be returned either, as they are considered used products. The request for said return must be made at least 15 days before the expiration of the return period, which is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, or 15 days before your wedding if the date is close.

As for returning the shoes, you'll need to try them on on a soft surface, like a rug or carpet, until you're sure you want to keep them. In case you want to return them, they may not have marks anywhere, neither on the soles, nor on the insole, nor on any other part of the shoe. They must also be returned in their original box, as it is considered part of the item. If it is returned in breach of any of these premises, the return will not be accepted and there will be no possibility of reimbursement.

Once the product has been received, we will examine it and notify you if you have the right to have it replaced. The return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received or, as mentioned above, after the wedding date and that have been used, will not proceed.

If the return occurs after the deadline or the item has been used or is damaged, Atelier will not be able to accept the return and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

SENDING THE RETURN

To return your product, you must contact us previously by email so that we can provide you with the return address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
